Inquiry data and privacy choices
Your travel enquiry
We use the name, email, optional contact details and travel preferences you submit to reply and plan your journey. Inquiries are processed through our email service and retained in email. Please share only information needed for your travel request.
Optional source information
You can choose to include your first landing page, referring website and campaign labels with an inquiry. A separate footer switch remembers this source in the current browser tab. These choices are optional and do not prevent an inquiry.
Optional usage analytics
The footer analytics switch controls Google Analytics 4. It is off until you choose to enable it. Rejecting analytics does not prevent an inquiry. We do not send your name, email, phone, message or inquiry reference to general analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied.
Embedded videos
Route videos connect to YouTube only when you choose to play them or open the external viewing link. YouTube then processes information under its own privacy practices. This is separate from the optional website analytics switch.
Questions, corrections and deletion
To ask about your inquiry information or request correction or deletion, email vip@chinajourneys.net. We review requests and any applicable record-keeping requirements; we do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
